The Drop Tower is one of the tallest and most spectacular looking rides at Irvin Leisure. With some reaching heights and drops of up to 126 metres (413 feet!), this is one massive drop that’s only for the most daring of base jumpers!
Skydwellers sit in rows of seats situated around a gondola which is launched upwards, launched downward, or allowed to freefall, depending on that specific ride’s operation.
Some Drop Towers even allow the gondola to spin around the tower, giving freefallers a 360-degree view as they hurtle towards the ground. Others tilt riders forward, or even allow guests to ride standing up!
